The singular present of 'mogen' (to be allowed, may) has an irregular conjugation (no 't' is added to the 2nd and 3rd persons) and an irregular stem ('o' turns into 'a').
Simple present:
ik | mag | we | mogen
je | mag | jullie | mogen
hij | mag | ze | mogen
Simple past:
ik | mocht | we | mochten
je | mocht | jullie | mochten
hij | mocht | ze | mochten
Past participle: gemogen
